It keeps my water or iced tea cold all day and there will still be some ice in it when I wash it out after work. The engraving is crisp and clear and it's sturdy. Obviously it's new but I have older flasks that still have no scratches or chips after a few years of use so I'm sure this one's finish will hold up too. I like that it fits in my cup holder as well. It is slightly top heavy but it has leaked only a few drops from the straw when it got knocked over on my desk.

Product is great, artwork is lovely. My only complaint is that you guys put the suburb for my street at some place I have never heard of as well as got a digit in my phone number wrong so the courier drove around daily for 2 weeks to some business park looking for me. After countless emails and phone calls I eventually managed to get the waybill corrected and it arrived at my gate the next day just in time for my daughters birthday.

I absolutely love my cup. The criticism I have is that it isn't very well insulated as promised. It does not keep my drink cold for very long. That being said, I still love my cup and will recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable travel mug.

These are apparently the latest trend… my daughter (who is 13) loves hers. But on a practical level these are really not great. I love the bottles - we have a whole collection, but voyager cup… nope… not a fan. Falls over easily, difficult to carry, stupid straw that has to be packed seperately… and if not triple checked when sealed, there is a good chance of a leak…

I bought a cup from Woolies for R200 and it keeps my water cold whole day where this only keeps my water cold for a few hours I do feel like it was a waste of my money. The cup looks good and that's about it
