I can 100% with certainty say this is the best flask I’ve ever used. The water stays ice cold for over 24 hours. Even when the bottle was in the car on a hot day, the water was fresh and ice cold. On some days the ice is still whole even after a few hours.
With regards to hot, I tried for a few hours and it was still boiling hot!

I also bought my sister one of your mugs that was personalised with the name Soraya so I am sure it is just as good a product as my sister is very happy and impressed because her coffee stays hot for a long time. I forgot to add spaces in btw the words, one phone call and my flask was done, followed up by an email confirming they managed to squeeze the fix in, A day later my order was sent out for delivery.
