These are the best bottles for school. If they can survive a 7 year old boy, they can survive most things. My son loves the pictures I chose for him, and with his name engraved on the bottle, they can't just disappear!

Absolutely amazing service from Lizzard South Africa! Ordered a personalised water bottle and it was shipped from KZN to Cape Town via PUDO locker in under a week. The quality of the product is fantastic, the personalisation came out perfectly, and the turnaround time was super quick.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I communicated clearly and in good time that the 21 cups I ordered were very special, much discussed and considered memorabilia for a once in a lifetime trip for a group of friends. I was promised delivery in good time and after multiple delays, a lot of chasing and huge frustration they did not arrive in time and now I am sitting with expensive, beautiful travel cups that were not part of the experience as planned and communicated so the whole exercise was pretty much pointless. I have asked for compensation and am awaiting the outcome.

I love the idea of being able to customise your flask but the images come out gigantic on the product (I found that the preview was not very accurate and I expected it to be a lot smaller).
Also on the 960ml flasks there was no option to choose a small image. Only medium and large (and I’d hate to see what large looks like).
The quality of the engraving was good. The size, preview and overall customisation process needs a lot of work to be improved upon
