I did mention that the Gateway store did not notify me when the product was ready for collection. I took a drive and by chance the item happened to be there. If they can just communicate more efficiently. But the product is 10/10.

Text was too small for the flask, eventhough i set it to the largest size.
I have another smaller flask with the exact same design and size that has the text bigger.

Love the flask! Each of our friends have given eachother one for our birthdays. The only thing where I'd suggest improvement is knowing what size in mm or cm the font will print on the flask. The last one I ordered the font was too small in proportion to the flask. Maybe adding cm or mm size of the font would help. Otherwise, we love all the flasks we've purchased over the last year.
