Shipping fee

I am really not impressed. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and a avid advisor to all my friends that Lizzard mugs are the way to go. The cup lid, green one, broke when I knocked it off the counter.. Then the lid fitted my old cup PERFECTLY, then all of a sudden it wont screw in at all, after I took it out the dishwasher
