Loved the personalized name on my gift.

Plenty of personalization options available. Mixed and matched the lids and added accessories. Used to purchase more expensive flasks in the past but Lizzard's is phenomenal. Bought the first 2x in 2016 in the Kruger National park and inly had to change the seals once. Still using both of them. Only bought larger sizes. Best service ever.

I've been purchasing lizzard personalized products for the past 5 years. There is no flask or bottle in my opinion that comes close. I would like a slimline coffee flask though.

It was the hardest thing every to try and place this order. Communication was non-existant Customer service was non-existant I had to to email and then call on numerous occassions to get a reaction. This even after we had paid in full. Very frustrating and the Sales Manager is never their or in meetings. I wish your service was a good as your product as it seems that is the only complaint you get online.

Not great. You told me you had stock of the 3.78l growler. After i ordered and paid I was told you don’t have stock and received the 2.5 instead. Still no news on the daddy growler as per my request and no refund received either.

Bottles are overall great quality. It's very hard to use the site to match accessories on the website. I think maybe for customers who do not know you could make it more apparent on sizing and what is available for the bottle you are buying

I was worried that the image would be placed a high up on the flask because in the personalisation screen, the mock up is quite high. I am very happy that the actual image is a lot lower than the mock up. The whole end product is perfect.
